Karin
Gauthier has
enjoyed 24 years of dancing and 8 years of teaching and choreographing.
Originally from Boston, she has taught hip-hop and group fitness classes
at many dance and fitness centers and started hip hop programs for The
Beacon Hill Athletic Club in Newton and The Wellbridge Athletic Club in
Boston. She now not only teaches the classes on her own schedule,
but she also teaches hip hop workshops for Bally Total Fitness in Hamden
and Middlebury where she packs the room with 50+ students. She
is an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) Certified Group Fitness
Instructor, a N.A.S.M (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified
Personal Trainer and a true believer in the power of movement.
Most importantly, she loves to teach dance and group fitness and it
